Susan Humiston refuses to discipline an attorney who said he was going to “c**” on “her face” and called the Minnesota Professional Responsibility Board “f******.”
Humiston has failed to file an intermediate suspension order which would suspend Rekieta’s license until a final decision on the matter was rendered by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
A YouTube lawyer licensed in Minnesota made the statements in a now deleted stream that was preserved for the world to see by other Internet users.
In the YouTube stream, according to sources, Rekieta threatens Humiston and the Board with baseless legal actions and to incite his followers if they attempt to discipline him.

According to the rules, this is a major violation of attorney conduct.
In the stream, Rekieta repeatedly discloses the names of complainants and makes graphic insults calling each person “lazy” or a “weirdo.”

Humiston has made it a habit to allow anti-semitic attorneys and prosecutors to practice in Minnesota without any accountability.
In 2022, she failed to disbar Clayton D. Halunen for credible allegations related to sexual misconduct.
In 2018, Humiston failed to discpline a now Assistant US Attorney for “fabricat[ing]” evidence, including her self-described productions of the “most believable false information”, numerous anti-semitic tweets where she praised and compared herself to Hitler, and engaged in a doxxing campaign against black men.
