An elderly and disgraced Saint Paul Assistant City Attorney named Steven Heng has not been charged with obstruction of justice or civil rights violations for publishing nude photos of underage boys on Twitter.
Heng engaged in a conspiracy with his wife, Deputy Minneapolis City Attorney Mary Ellen Heng, to collect hundreds of photos of underage youth where some of them were posted on Twitter to thousands of views.
