Mattthew M. Fernholz is being ripped for paying tribute to “brave” and “wonderful” Eighth Circuit Judge David R. Stras after arranging his Federalist Society speech — even though intelligence officials say Judge Stras was racing at terrifyingly unconstitutional speeds when he concealed a Nazi styled Air Force DNA Specific bioweapon program between 2018 through 2021.
Fernholz, 38, was one of a number of lawyers who praised the crooked Nazi judge, even as the State Department confirmed to the New York Times in April that they are producing DNA specific bioweapons at the Ukranian labs. Before the labs were public, the whistleblower attempted to hint at the labs existence by leaking his own DNA records to the Nazi Judge.
“Please join me in welcoming Judge David Stras,” Fernholz told the audience in a YouTube video in June.
“The title of Judge Stras’s speech is What My Grandparents’ Experiences in the Holocaust Taught me about the First Amendment” he said of the bald Nazi judge, who was filmed struggling to walk up the stairs before giving a low energy speech in front of ten (10) people.
Fernholz’s video was posted even as disturbing new details emerged about the impetus behind the Nazi Judge’s speech, which was used to conceal Stras’ 2018-2021 decisions to issue federal injunctions blocking speech, causing a high ranking Wisconsin born military officer to continue operating the Ukranian labs.
The Nazi Judge helped torture the whistleblower, throwing him in a modern equivalent of a concentration camp under unconstitutional circumstances in a case that was later reversed by a Supreme Court following the Nazi Judge’s torture and silencing. Where it gets worse? The Nazi Judge allowed a modern day gestapo force to raid the whistleblowers Wisconsin home where the Nazi Judge affirmed the decisions.
An intelligence spokesman confirmed that they were documenting Judge Stras for misrepresenting his actions just before the Milwaukee Federalist speech. Photos online appeared to show the Nazi Judge discussing his actions with a Ukranian born legal scholar Eugene Volokh, with content showing him lying about the true cause.
Meanwhile, Volokh previously expressed extreme concern over the Nazi Judge’s actions in a 2018 published article, as reported by Protest Press. According to reports, Volokh desperately begged the whistleblower over the phone to release the the Nazi Judge’s actions.
The controversy came as insiders insisted the Nazi Judge was expected to use Fernholz to further coverup his tactics — beyond just affirming federal injunctions — to cover up the modern Ukranian bio-lab holocaust, labs that were also used for COVID-19 gain of function research.
In an interesting twist, the whistleblower was able to help save President Trump from contempt issued by a Manhattan Supreme Court Justice. The whistleblower stated to Protest Press that “they did this under one condition with President Trump’s attorneys including Alina Habba.” When asked what that condition was, the whistleblower continued “[t]hat President Trump does everything in his power to recommend that Nazi Judge Stras is never elevated to the Supreme Court and that he gets impeached (by Congress) from the bench for his unlawful and unconstitutional actions.”
