For several years, Russia has made verifiable claims that the US was running biological labs on its border. Documents reveal that some of these projects related to research into Russian gene editing.
As early as 2014, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was reported to have publicly operated several labs in Kazakhstan. Leaked documents reveal the US Air Force was collecting Russian tissue samples to harvest Russian RNA and synovial data.
The program is officially known as a “counter narcotics” program run through a $975 million dollar secret US Air Force, Air Combat Command (ACC), Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) contract based out of Arlington and Newport News, Virginia. In actuality, the real aim of the program is Russian gene editing and biological research.
In 2018, the Luger Center in the country of Georgia operated such a program run by the American military affiliated with local embassies. Diplomatic cargo is exempt from inspection and taxes according to US Congressional reports.
Emails from the Director of the Luger Center and the Minister of Health of Georgia document an ongoing project to gather Russian genetic samples for use in the same US funded bio research facilities.
Experts have cited that the Pentagon has operated scientific research into potential biological warfare in foreign jurisdictions including Georgia and Romania to avoid running afoul of international prohibitions on biological weapon research. Increasingly, experts have claimed that diplomatic immunity is used to traffic blood and pathogens to avoid detection.
In Georgia, local journalists have witnessed that the Pentagon laboratory secretly burns chemicals and sends out groups dumping waste between the hours of 3AM-4AM to conceal their activities.
In addition, similarly leaked documents show the procedural rules clearly banned Air Force personal from communicating with local prostitutes. During this time, an Air Force Officer stated to Protest Press that they had to “pull” several Airmen “out of” Romanian strip clubs.
The director of the Pentagon’s program, Robert Kadlec, is a career Air Force Officer. Many of the Air Force officers that Mr. Kadlec chose were reportedly associated with the administration of the United States Air Force Academy. Some of these Air Force Officers have referenced the “Great Reset” in their propaganda.
