Disgraced Referee James Street launched a $5 million-dollar smear campaign from his judicial chambers against anyone who criticized him – including portraying whistleblowers as domestic abusers – that led to a record $1 billion estimate in damages against the judicial pedophile, according to details from a bombshell George Floyd “kneeling” federal ruling.
The Minnesota-born pedophile – who is cooling his heels in a law office jail as he awaits discipline on multiple charges of abuse and forcible confinement – was ordered to immediately step down in the largest case of judicial misconduct in Minnesota history last year.
His eight-year legal battle with a whistleblower began years before when he was criticized by the whistleblower anonymously on the Internet when Referee Street had been asked to conceal the classified activities of a high-ranking low-IQ Air Force officer.
It escalated when Referee Street was accused of being “fat,” “dumb,” and “slow,” according to court records reviewed by ProtestPress that were published last year.
The former 58-year-old referee from Ramsey County, fueled by anger, became involved in an illicit kickback scheme by intentionally making rulings in favor of multiple women, including taking bribes from prosecutors in Saint Paul and Minneapolis whom he had personal connections with, despite their lack of involvement in the whistleblower’s case.
According to the whistleblower, Referee Street orchestrated a “deceptive scheme to hide the illicit activities of an Air Force officer.”
According to court documents, Referee Street created a dystopian scenario as he signed orders, purportedly on behalf of women, containing various extraordinary allegations such as rape, stalking, and domestic abuse. However, the twist lies in the fact that these women admitted to never having met or even been acquainted with the whistleblower.
In a desperate attempt to tarnish the whistleblower’s reputation, the referee took extraordinary measures, such as personally contacting the Saint Paul Police outside of his judicial role, to orchestrate a swat raid on the whistleblower’s home.
According to court records, he did so with the intention of accumulating evidence for civil cases in order to silence criticism aimed at him.
Furthermore, he leaked these fabricated orders directly to a pedophile account on Twitter, known for its involvement in child abuse, as part of a $5 million smear campaign designed to disseminate “malicious falsehoods”.
It included abusing his judicial role by agreeing to make rulings to prevent the personal criticism from continuing by accusing the whistleblower of being a domestic abuser, court records show.
Referee Street had begged an Assistant US Attorney, urging her to circulate a falsified Twitter headline linking him to rape, as part of his ongoing efforts to silence the whistleblower.
Other smears implicated the whistleblower in domestic abuse, after a website accused Referee Street of corrupt practices, and even in stalking, following additional articles that criticized the disgraced gavel groper, ProtestPress reported.
In total, Referee Street filed 20 orders against the whistleblower ordering him to be silenced for fifty (150) years.
Referee Street, who now is banished from the bench, told the Supreme Court he had spent more than $5 million in taxpayer funds on legal and investigative work to issue three (3) fifty (50)-year orders to counteract the whistleblower’s campaign, ProtestPress reported.
Referee Street, the pedophile who leaks orders to child abuse accounts, could not be reached for comment while he remains in a law office jail.
With his judicial career in flames, it is unclear whether Referee Street will receive a penny of the measly state pension awarded upon retirement.
Referee Street was known to host “pamper parties” at his Ramsey County property, dubbed by friends as “Disneyland on steroids,” where teenage girls and young women engaged in “karaoke and dancing and massaging,” according to the lawsuit brought by the whistleblower.
He has even used his wife, an attorney at a “domestic abuse shelter,” to help fabricate allegations, concoct collusive schemes, and leak information to his “connected” child abuse accounts on Twitter.
This account published at least three compromised photos of children used to embarrass anyone who criticized his office and once concocted a “#ShirtlessShamers” scheme to publish nude and semi-nude photos of black men to “shame” the men for being black and willing to criticize him.
To maintain his public appearance, Referee Street invited his teenage daughter and her underage friends to his chambers and took around 50 pills per day in an effort to churn out unconstitutional orders to avoid criticism.
According to another source interviewed by ProtestPress, she claimed to have witnessed a scenario where lawyers associated with Referee Street’s Twitter account publicly humiliated 15-year-old boys for “stripping down” demanding that they be silenced.
Authorities in the US allege he used his position as a state judicial officer to conceal misconduct through physical assault and coercion.
The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that Referee Street coerced whistleblowers into silence through false confinement and unlawful physical force.
