A Saint Paul city attorney named Steven Heng covered up a prosecutor’s publishing semi nude photos of a 15 year old boy at the behest of his wife, Deputy Minneapolis City Attorney Mary Ellen Heng.
Mary Ellen Heng’s records show that she hid emails and documents according to data requests provided by the City of Minneapolis.
The prosecutor is alleged to have solicited semi nude photos of minors and began publishing them through her Twitter account.
At least two men, including the victim, reported the incident. Prior to concealing documents, Mary Ellen Heng ordered a raid of a home and a targeted prosecution scheme to silence embarrassment to her office.
Steven Heng issued the prosecution at the request of his wife. Steven Heng has not addressed the substance of the allegations. Instead, maintaining that he did nothing wrong. Numerous victims are calling on the Department of Justice to prosecute Steven Heng for civil rights violations which included his efforts to cover up misconduct through targeted prosecution schemes.
