A twisted Minnesota lawyer who brags about creating logos laced with his sperm has not been suspended by Timothy M. Burke, a Senior Assistant Director at the Minnesota Office of Lawyer Professional Responsibility.
Nick Rekieta has made international headlines for threatening members of the OLPR with sex based attacks including that he was going to “cum on their faces” – raising questions about whether Burke’s investigations are a joke.
Rekieta, 43, “dis-semen-ates” the logo, calling Law and Crime “Copyright Cucks”, on livestreams with hundreds of thousands of viewers, where Rekieta also claims that he is going to “cum on” Burke’s face for investigating complaints filed against him.
A redacted list of Rekieta’s statements directed at Burke:
- He is “cumming hard” for Burke.
- Burke is”crying like a faggot”
- “[M]ake [Burke] apologize like a beta bitch that [he is]”
- “[F]uck [Burke] until you love me”
- “Fuck Burke, fuck their names, fuck their address, and fuck you.”
- That Rekieta will “fucking destroy [Burke] .. if Burke disbars me, I will fucking do it a thousand times, I dare [Burke] to do it.”
- Rekieta said that he will “fucking wreck Burke … if he employs the state to take away his law license.”
- In addition to the threatening statements above, Burke admits he will file baseless lawsuits against the OLPR, “If Burke is going to bring a disciplinary action, I will sue him first”

According to an OLPR insider, who asked not to be identified for fear of backlash, the ineffective director, Burke, was seen “scheming” to allow Rekieta to direct the “threatening” sex based statements at office staff.
Burke’s office said it has not taken any action. Instead, Burke knowingly fabricated lies claiming that the public are prohibited from communicating with his office because complaints that included statements critical of his investigations.
Moreover, Burke failed to disbar numerous attorneys including Tara Patet who thwarted the public’s First Amendment rights where citizens were tortured and falsely imprisoned. Even worse, Burke allowed the same attorneys to withhold client files showing record of the intentional acts, a major violation of Minnesota Rule of Professional Conduct Rule 1.15 and 1.16.
In other videos, Rekieta calls a member of the public a “cum hunter” and falsely says that his law license does not preclude his First Amendment rights. Indeed, lawyers give up their free speech rights when it relates to their law practice including during disciplinary proceedings at issue above.
“Timothy M. Burke is the real monster,” a Minnesota ethics lawyer told Protest Press.
The “attention it brought to the OLPR is also unwelcome” the anonymous ethics lawyer stated, “Burke should have issued an immediate order of suspension against Rekieta.”
