Nathan M. Hansen – Autist Attorney Colludes with Prosecutors

Minnesota’s lowest rated autist lawyer.

What does North Saint Paul attorney Nathan M. Hansen get when you give him Viagra? Taller.

Hansen claims to fight for your rights.

In reality, Hansen works with opposing counsel to hide evidence from his clients. In doing so, Hansen colludes with prosecutors to torture men and destroy families.

After evidence is discovered, Hansen deliberately acts dumbfounded to avoid blame.

In 2016, Hansen hid emails between University of Minnesota lawyer Karmen McQuitty, the Saint Paul City Attorneys Office, himself, and Ramsey County Referee James Street. The emails contained improper extrajudicial communication to Referee James Street requesting sanctions against Hansen’s client for publicity criticizing the Court and local attorneys.

Even more egregious, the emails were sent to Assistant Saint Paul City Attorney Michael A. Seasly, with Hansen as a carbon copy (CC) recipient, requesting misdemeanor criminal prosecution for the same allegations.

Hansen did nothing despite very serious violations of the Rules of Professional Responsibility — attempting to violate the First Amendment to criminally prosecute a litigant secretly in a civil case.

Put simply, Hansen conspired with opposing counsel to help prosecute his own client.

More importantly, Hansen never alerted the Court to make a record of the violation or file ethics complaints against Referee James Street, Michael A. Seasly, or Karmen McQuitty.

Hansen must be prosecuted and disbarred.
